Challenge The Salvation Army, Georgia Division, needed a more usable website. Their requirements included 5 navigation levels, a brand with a long tradition, and a new design that would leverage common use conventions and keep the experience anchored to function over chrome.
Solution Before design work began, the Venture Arts team collected requirements from a series of interviews and wireframing sessions with stakeholders. The design came together quickly and was easily gained the support of their development team.
