Challenge For over a decade, Virtual Systems has succeeded with desktop applications for direct-mail vendors, fulfillment service vendors, and digital printing houses. Their unique software offers an all-in-one solution for CRM, time tracking, estimating, budgeting, asset management, invoicing, and more. To date, their software had not competed in conventional offset print shops or in the Internet marketing space.
Solution Venture Arts worked with key stakeholders and conducted research for brand positioning, and led the effort to create a compelling user interface and visual design. The new "marketing service software" is a robust web application that provides power users full control of their business. Due in part to the new design, business owners understand the software's many features and are more confident investing. In addition, employees adopt the new solution faster, which helps reduce downtime and save money.
