Challenge Michael Dell wanted help developing and documenting the strategy for Dell Computer’s new partner program. The project called for a desktop reference guide to help top executives answer questions quickly, and to help their direct reports quickly adopt the many processes associated with the new plan’s architecture, infrastructure, and operations.
Solution Venture Arts supported the solution consultants in a 9 month engagement to design and organize the content in PowerPoint and Word. Finally, we created a "collector's edition" that included three large volumes and a matching interactive CD folder, all shrink-wrapped in a Dell-branded box set. The end product resulted in a win for the consultants and a long-lasting smile from the Dell leadership team.
